Job Summary:  The Southeast District Extension Office is inviting applicants for the Program Specialist, Family & Consumer Sciences. This person is responsible for working with county extension educators, state specialists, and volunteers in providing educational leadership for all Family and Consumer Sciences programming in the district, including development, implementation, and evaluation of programs. Position is administratively accountable to the District Extension Director and programmatically accountable to the Assistant Director and state program leader for Family & Consumer Sciences.

Qualifications:  Master's in Family and Consumer Sciences and 5 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years of Cooperative Extension work.  Excellent people skills.  Ability to travel, multi-task and be detail oriented. Good organization and communication skills.
