The Department of Family and Consumer Sciences, College of Education and Health Sciences at Bradley University invites applications for one-year temporary Instructor. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in the area of foods, nutrition and wellness, and other related FCS courses.

Candidates must have a Master's degree in Nutrition or closely related field from a regionally accredited institution. Preference will be given to candidates with a Doctoral degree or ABD in Nutrition or related field who have prior teaching experience at the college level; food/nutrition related work experience, ability to use technology in teaching on campus. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. The expected starting date for this position is August 17th 2013.

Visiting Instructor, Child and Family Development, Family Studies Track

Georgia Southern University's School of Human Ecology invites applications for a one-year Visiting Instructor position in child and family development with major teaching responsibilities within the family services track. The position requires full-time teaching. A Master's degree is required; CFLE and the PhD degree preferred. The Child and Family Development (CHFD) Program currently has eight full-time faculty members teaching approximately 200 majors and 250 minors. The CHFD program is comprised of three separate emphasis areas: child development, child life, and family services. GSU has 20,000 students. The cost of living is very reasonable. We believe this will be a great opportunity for a CHFD/HDFS student who is ABD or recently graduated. Salary is negotiable.

Full-Time Non-Tenure Track faculty position in the area of Fashion (Retail) Merchandising in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at Pittsburg State University.

Academic year (nine month) appointment.

Available August 2013.

Masters required. At least one degree in merchandising, retail, apparel and textiles, or closely related field. Apparel industry experience desired..
